You can work out alone, with friends, or with your baby. We’ve tried to make it easy. Even though mothers have the most important job in the world, it can be hard to put yourself first. Well, you know what they say; a car without fuel, can’t transport anyone. So, if you want to keep on carrying the world, you better think about yourself a little, mama.
Working out, meditation and breathing exercises are proven ways to stay healthy and happy for longer. And if your fuse can become longer as well, it's good for everyone.
Where does the name come from? The Matrikaswere a group of women; stemming from Sanskrit the divine mothers. Matrikas are associated with the conception, birth, and protection of children. Often depicted as a group of strong and powerful mothers. And that is how we want you to feel, like a strong mother!
Inspired by these divine mothers, we created a company for women, by women. A place where you as pregnant or a mother of young kids can find inspiration, strength, and support, on-the-go, whenever you need it.
