Are you pregnant or did you just have a baby and want to exercise? We offer group workouts with an experienced instructor in airy surroundings - in other words, our workouts are outside!
Do you feel like you want to work out either to get stronger for the marathon of life (motherhood) or get back into physical activity after the first weeks/months with a baby? We know what you're going through because we've been there ourselves. Therefore, we are an excellent alternative to the difficult home training you thought you would have time for while the baby sleeps..
The workout lasts 45 minutes, and you are welcome to bring a pram and baby or other spectators. We tolerate both laughter and shouting from both adults and children! No prior knowledge or equipment is necessary, and even if it's group training, the level can be adapted individually and is suitable both for those who have worked out a lot in the past or those who have thought a loooong time about finally starting.
